Andrew Xia (pronounced 'Se ah') is an Allied Health Principal Educator and an Advanced Clinical Dietitian at Auckland City Hospital, Health New Zealand. He has twelve years' experience across acute and community care, with a strong focus on nutrition support in critical illness and intestinal failure. His doctoral research explores innovative approaches to nutrition care for intestinal failure, including chyme reinfusion therapy. Andrew serves on the AuSPEN Scientific Committee and is committed to translating research into bedside practice and supporting more clinicians to engage in research.

Dr. Veeradej Pisprasert is a highly regarded expert in clinical nutrition, metabolic disorders, and malnutrition management. He is an Associate Professor in the Division of Clinical Nutrition, Department of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, Thailand, where he has been a faculty member since 2003. He also holds prominent leadership roles as General Secretary of PENSA and Vice President of SPENT.
Dr. Pisprasert earned his MD (First-Class Honors) from Mahidol University (1999), followed by postgraduate diplomas in Clinical Sciences (2001), Internal Medicine (2003), Family Medicine (2004), and Clinical Nutrition (2010) from the Medical Council of Thailand. He later obtained his PhD in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA (2013).

Dr. Bin Tean Teh is a globally recognized cancer researcher and molecular biologist with a distinguished career spanning multiple continents. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists and the American Institute of Clinical Investigation and serves on the Strategic Planning Group for the Saudi National Institute of Health.

In 2017, he led the world's first Durian Genome sequencing project and has since assembled over 50 genomes of local plants and fruits, including Singapore's National Flower. Dr. Rebecca Stratton is a Dietitian and nutritional scientist, currently serving as a Senior Medical Director in Research & Innovation for Danone Nutricia. She is also an Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Southampton. Dr. Stratton co-created the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST) and has actively chaired the Malnutrition Action Group of the British Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (BAPEN), overseeing the UK Malnutrition Awareness Week Nutrition Surveys for the past five years.

He currently serves as Director of the Intensive Care Unit at Herzliya Medical Centre and Head of the Institute of Nutrition Research at Rabin Medical Centre in Petach Tikva, Israel. He is also an Emeritus Full Professor of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at Tel Aviv University and a Professor at Reichman University.
Born in France, Prof. Singer studied medicine at the Louis Pasteur Faculty of Medicine in Strasbourg and is board-certified in both gastroenterology and intensive care. His major research interests include nutrition and metabolism, sepsis, respiratory disorders, and the integration of artificial intelligence in critical care.
His work has been cited over 45,000 times (including 5,197 citations in 2024 alone), with an h-index of 75. Mr Ernest has also conducted research auditing the nutritional status of inpatient tuberculosis patients, with findings presented at a regional infectious diseases conference. He is currently leading research initiatives exploring nutrition risk factors in post-intensive care syndrome (PICS) and investigating the research culture among allied health professionals and pharmacists.

Prof. Dong Woo Shin graduated from the College of Medicine at Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 1990. Following his military service and early involvement in social work with the news media of young doctors, he completed his surgical residency training at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, from 1994 to 1997. He subsequently served as an Instructor in the Department of Surgery at Severance Hospital before joining Jesaeng Hospital of Bundang as a Staff Surgeon from 2000 to 2011.
Since 2012, he has been a Professor of Surgery at Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym University. Prof. Shin holds several leadership appointments, including Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Korean Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, Executive Director of the Korean Society for Surgical Metabolism and Nutrition, and a Committee Member for the Korean Surgical Society's Medical Practice Review. He also previously served as Director of Insurance Policy for the Korean Gastric Cancer Society.

Dr. Chue Koy Min is a Consultant Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric Surgeon at Sengkang General Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. He graduated with honours from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, in 2014, earning several accolades including the Oliveiro Memorial Gold Medal and the Tan Choon Kim Book Prize.
Dr. Chue obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2015 and Master of Medicine (Surgery) in 2018. He also completed a Master of Science in Surgical Sciences with distinction from the University of Edinburgh in 2017. In 2021, he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (General Surgery) and was awarded the College of Surgeons Gold Medal for his outstanding performance in the fellowship examinations. In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Lew is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Dietetics and Nutrition Programme at the Singapore Institute of Technology. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (JPEN) and is a member of the international Critical Care Nutrition research group, contributing to global trials and systematic reviews focused on nutrition in critically ill patients.

Dr. Abdolreza Norouzy is a Professor of Clinical Nutrition at the Iran University of Medical Sciences. He went on to obtain his PhD in Nutrition from King's College London in 2003.
